The YES! Principle is a pedagogical tool to be used in collective, creative processes.
The very easy principle is that in such process you are only permitted to say YES to any proposal, idea or suggestion from the other persons taking part in this process.
The word NO is banned. Instead, if you disagree on a suggestion that comes up and want to express this you have to make your counter proposal directly in physical material or in physical action.
The YES! Principle is an attempt to an altered mind set, that a group of people working together can to direct their collective energy towards when entering any kind of collective, creative, liberating and experimental artistic work together.
