War Child is a child protection agency working with the most marginalised children in some of the worst conflict zones around the world. At least 2 million children have been killed around the world in the last 10 years as a direct result of war and armed conflict. War Child Ireland was founded in 2003 and supports War Child projects currently in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria.
